Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect one thing: what you type into the contact form, plus the IP address and browser the submission came from. We use it to reply to you. We don't sell it, we don't advertise with it, we don't add you to a mailing list, and we delete it whenever you ask. There are no tracking cookies on this website.

Who we are

Vectrapex is an AI automation studio operating from India, reachable at yashpatil@vectrapex.ai. In this policy "we" and "us" mean Vectrapex; "you" means anyone using this website.

What we collect, and why

That is the complete list. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, heat-mapping, or third-party trackers of any kind. Nothing on this site profiles you, and nothing follows you to another website.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies for visitors. The only cookie the system can issue is a sign-in cookie for our own private dashboard at /admin, which you will never be served unless you are one of us and log in. That is why you have not been shown a cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

Where your enquiry goes

When you submit the form, the data travels over an encrypted (TLS) connection to a Cloudflare Worker, is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database, and a copy is emailed to us through Resend so we actually notice it. Those two companies process the data on our behalf and under contract; they do not use it for their own purposes.

• Resend — sends us the notification email containing your enquiry.

These providers operate globally, so your enquiry may be processed on servers outside India. We use no other processor for website data.

What we never do

• Sell, rent or trade your data. To anyone. Ever.
• Add you to a mailing list or drip sequence because you enquired.
• Use your enquiry, or anything from a client engagement, to train an AI model.
• Share your details with another client, prospect or partner.

Client data, as distinct from website data

If you become a client, the data your automations touch is a separate matter from this website, and it is governed by the agreement we sign with you. Our standing commitments are set out on the security page: we work through official integrations with least-privilege access, we build on top of the tools your data already lives in rather than copying your business into ours, a human approves anything irreversible, and we never train models on your data. You can revoke our access from your own tools at any time.

Your rights

Email yashpatil@vectrapex.ai and ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We'll do it, and we'll confirm when it's done. You don't need to give a reason, cite a regulation, or fill in a form.

Depending on where you live you may have specific statutory rights — for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or the GDPR if you are in the UK or EU. Our answer is the same either way: ask, and we'll act on it.

Security, honestly stated

Everything is served over HTTPS. The enquiry form is rate-limited and protected against bots, our dashboard is password-protected with signed session cookies, and enquiry content is escaped before it is ever displayed. We are a small team and we are not SOC 2 certified or ISO 27001 audited, and we won't imply otherwise. If your security team needs specifics before we work together, ask us directly and you'll get a straight answer.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We won't quietly broaden what we collect — if we ever add analytics, this page will say so before it goes live.
