These terms cover using this website. They are not the terms of a project — paid work is governed by a separate agreement we sign with you, and that agreement wins wherever the two could be read differently.
Who these terms are with
This website is operated by Vectrapex, an AI automation studio based in India. Using the site means accepting what's on this page. If you don't accept it, please don't use the site.
What this website is
It's a description of services we offer and work we've done. Everything on it — capabilities, timelines, process, case studies — is information, not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here creates a contract between us. A project exists once we've both signed a proposal that sets out the scope, the price and the schedule.
What the free audit is, and isn't
The audit is genuinely free and carries no obligation on either side. In it we map a workflow and tell you what we think is worth automating — including, sometimes, that nothing is. It's professional opinion offered in good faith, not a guarantee of any result, and acting on it is your decision. We don't need access to anything sensitive to run one, and we'll sign your NDA beforehand if you send it over.
Case studies and figures
The client work described on this site is published with those clients' permission. Figures describe those specific engagements. Every business is different, and nothing on this site is a promise that your results will match — how much time an automation saves depends on your workflows, your systems and your data.
What you may do with the content
The text, design, code, logo and case studies on this site belong to Vectrapex or the clients named in them. Read it, quote it with attribution, and share the links freely. Don't republish it as your own, and don't use our name or logo to imply a relationship that doesn't exist. Third-party product names and logos shown as integrations belong to their respective owners and appear only to describe what we connect to.
Who owns the work we build for you
You do. It says "you own the build" on our pricing section and we mean it: on full payment, the automations, prompts, configuration and documentation we produce for your engagement are yours. We keep ownership of our own general-purpose tooling and know-how — the things we bring to every project — but you are never locked into us to keep your automations running. The signed agreement sets this out in full.
Using the contact form
Please send us accurate information, don't submit anything unlawful, and don't use the form to send bulk or automated messages. We rate-limit submissions and filter bots. What happens to what you send is described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We try to keep this site up and correct, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or entirely free of errors, and we may change or remove content without notice. Where the site links out to other websites, we're not responsible for what's on them.
Liability
The website is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from decisions made on the basis of information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't lawfully be limited — including for fraud. Liability arising from actual project work is dealt with in the signed agreement for that project, not here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after that means accepting the revised version.
